Our 24-Hour Residential Services are built to provide comprehensive, flexible, and personalized support that grows and adapts to each person’s unique needs and goals. Some people refer to this as “group home.” At PCL, we believe where someone lives is their home.
Whether someone is focusing on building independence, forming meaningful relationships, or achieving lifelong dreams, our team is there every step of the way. Support goes beyond the basics, helping with everything from daily routines and health management to exploring new opportunities. With the person we support leading the way, we work as a team with those they choose, their family, friends, and other support team members, to help them build a life filled with choice, purpose, and connection.
Comprehensive Support for Every Aspect of Life
- Services are provided in their home where they live alone or with housemates.
- Support is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for all aspects of life.
- Support for daily life – social skills, communication, community engagement, relationship building, cooking, cleaning, hygiene, budgeting, etc.
- Support for being healthy – medication management, doctor appointments, health monitoring, and overall well-being.
- Support for exploring interests and developing meaningful relationships.
- Living expenses are incorporated into Room and Board payments to PCL.
- After-hours on-call support for emergencies or immediate needs. Representative Payee is an option to help people manage their available benefits.
