Olivia’s Story

Olivia is known for her warm and friendly personality, but she has faced challenges in communicating effectively to maintain friendships. With support from CBHS and her team, she developed key social skills, gradually gained confidence, and learned strategies for engaging with others. These skills have been essential to her growth and independence. Her progress opened new doors, and Olivia soon felt ready to join the workforce. Recently, she achieved her goal of securing a job at a local fast-food restaurant—a major accomplishment that has brought her pride and independence.

Olivia has made remarkable strides in rebuilding her relationships with family members. In the past, visiting her sister came with its share of challenges and emotional complexities, making it difficult for Olivia to fully connect. Together, Olivia and her sister have worked to strengthen their bond. With support from the CBHS team, she has worked through the emotions, history, and experiences that once stood in the way, and she now enjoys a meaningful and supportive relationship with her sister.

The CBHS team plays a vital role in supporting people as they work toward their mental health and behavioral goals, helping them grow and thrive in meaningful ways.
