In-Home Services

(Community Living Standard)

Provided by our Life Launch team

PCL’s In-Home Services provide personalized, one-on-one support for people living in their own homes or with their families. Unlike comprehensive services, In-Home Services are tailored to meet specific needs and priorities defined by the person we support or their family. People choose the areas where they want assistance, and we work together to create a plan that focuses on their goals and ensures their voice guides every step.

Whether it’s help with personal care, home care, budgeting, grocery shopping, managing medications, or attending doctor appointments, our team delivers support within agreed-upon hours and responsibilities. This approach allows people to remain in control, managing schedules, identifying additional training needs for their team, and deciding how their services are delivered. PCL also coordinates with other agencies and Personal Support Workers to ensure seamless support.
