At Partnerships in Community Living, we know that our mission is made possible by the incredible people who show up every day with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to the people we support. Throughout 2026, we’ve had the privilege of recognizing team members who exemplify PCL’s values and go above and beyond in their roles.

This page celebrates all of our 2026 Staff of the Month honorees. Each recipient was nominated by their team for the meaningful impact they make, whether through exceptional support, teamwork, leadership, or acts of kindness that make a difference every day.

 Congratulations to each of our Staff of the Month recipients, and thank you for the care, passion, and dedication you bring to PCL. We are proud to celebrate you and grateful for all you do.
