Satisfaction Surveys
Team Member Satisfaction Survey
All PCL Team Members are given the opportunity to complete the Team Member Satisfaction Survey. We utilize the information from the survey to assist with organizational development and to increase our ability to achieve our Board Directives: PCL is a great provider of person centered services, PCL is a great place to work, PCL is a great partner with our families, communities, and stakeholders, and PCL is a great steward of our resources.
Family and Friends Satisfaction Survey
PCL values the use of data to guide our continuous improvement efforts. The results of this survey are used to identify areas of focus so we can continue to improve the services we provide. The results are shared immediately following each survey with the team including what is going well and ideas for how to address things that are not going well.
